Enmate escapes wise co. jail.

While the wise police department was transporting t convicted to the new duffield jail, the enmate escaped. he escaped from the court house area. if anyone see anytjhing suspecious(sp?) please call 911. My aunt just called and told me so everyone lock every single door and windows

I've not heard any thing about this. I was just sitting here with my front door wide open while cleaning and sat down and read this scared the crap out of me. Shut and double locked the door. Man this has happened 2 times before while I was at work in Wise. One time the escaped inmate was running right at our door but the police pulled in and caught him. But you talked about scared to death I was.

Not sure if Im understanding this correctly, but if he was just in jail at wise then hes not all that dangerous most likely. Theres a big difference between JAIL and PRISON. Jail=1 year or less so its real possible the dude that escaped isnt nothin more than a drunk driver or something along those lines. Things may have changed and wise jail have some more serious offenders than what I thought so dont hold me to that.
